About
We are a group of young Italians, born and raised in different parts of Italy,
who came to San Francisco about ten years ago sharing the same passion,
cooking and eating delicious food.
We decided to put our ideas and knowledge together to create Bottega.
Our mission is to reinvent our most authentic grandma's dishes
with a hint of Italian-American cuisine.
Mixing the two traditions allows us to express our culinary creativity to bring out both worlds' best flavors.
